I've been...my weirdo comment from me, a weirdo<br /><br />I've been studying Swedish for no particular reason these last couple years and enjoy reading it. Annoyingly, however, I don't think I could ask my friends and relatives in Sweden if something I try to write is correct--and there aren't very many helpful study materials published. (I chose to learn mainly by learning how to read, followed by speech. Seems kind of backwards, but it's all been for fun anyway.)<br /><br />One of the ways I check to see if something I wrote is correct is to stick whatever I've written into a search engine and see if some Swedish speaker said it before. If I get an exact hit, I'm going to assume it's (at least mostly) gramatically correct.<br />--<br />Many times, coinscidentally of course, the top result was something you wrote.
